Rossinho turned 7 today!

Fall Has Arrived!

We celebrated the first day of Autumn by painting fall trees.

It is hard for us to understand the 4 seasons since we only have 2 seasons here in Venezuela. We will be doing a lot of activities in class to better understand what the Autumn season is really like!

Reading Buddies!

Mr. Marshall's class came to our class and read stories with us. We had a lot of fun. We are going to practice reading really hard, because next time they come, we will read to them!

WE HAVE STAMINA!!!

Our class loves to read!

When we Read-to-Self we use our reading strategies to read books that are at our reading level. We work on our Reading Stamina. We time ourselves to see how long we can read without stopping or getting distracted. On our 1st day of school we had 7 minutes of stamina. Today we had 12 minutes. We are doing a FANTASTIC job!!!
